"Bows to thee" _The Portrait of Dance Guru Parshwanath Upadhye.

Parshwanath Upadhye , meticulous Bharatnatyam (Indian classical dance) dancer from India. well known for his remarkable balance of Tandava (vigorous masculine dance) and laasya (graceful movements) on stage, with uncompromising ancient aesthetic values.
As a kid being an ancient asthaetic art lover and classical dance admirer, being brought up in the society of toxic mindsand societal prejudices that indian dances are female dominated and only meant for female, if a male learns it he tends to show femininity. I learnt Bharatnatyam, chucking off such toxic prejudices, inspired and moved by his dance of seamless male power and grace.
this artwork was made on march 26th, on his birthday.
I feel him to have been blessed with of the grace of Presiding deity Shiva- the Nataraja, Lord of dances.
